A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN JUG, MID 17TH CENTURY
With contemporary 17th century white-metal mounts, with hinged thumb piece and acanthus detail to the mount, painted in underglaze-blue with two scholars and attendant on a garden terrace, within petal and tulip bands to the neck and foot, the handle with cloud scrolls.
